Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

ZetaGems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or submit a private inquiry, how we use it, the limited circumstances in which it may be shared, and the rights available to you.

ZetaGems is a private, appointment-only practice creating personalized Quantum Module bracelets, talismans, and 3D gemstone mosaics. We do not operate an open online store and we do not engage in mass marketing or the sale of personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide when you submit a private inquiry through our website form:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Area of interest (e.g., Signature Bespoke, Curated Limited, Heirloom Edition, 3D Mosaic, or Consultation)
  • Approximate budget range
  • Your written intention or message

We do not require account creation and we do not collect payment information through the website.

If you later commission a personalized piece, additional details (such as birth data or specific energetic preferences) may be shared directly with the artist during the private consultation process. Those details are used solely to create your piece and are never published or shared externally.

Under applicable U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended), the categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers (name, email) and customer records / commercial information related to your inquiry.

2. How We Use Your Information & Lawful Basis

We use the information you provide only to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Understand your interest and intention so we can reply thoughtfully
  • Maintain a record of the conversation related to a possible commission

Lawful basis (GDPR): For responding to private inquiries, we rely on legitimate interests — namely, the interest in communicating with individuals who have chosen to contact us. Once a commission is agreed, processing may also be necessary for the performance of a contract with you.

We do not use your information for advertising, newsletters, or third-party marketing unless you give separate, explicit consent.

3. Form Processing & International Transfers

Our inquiry form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a service provider based in the United States. When you submit the form, your information is securely transmitted to Formspree and then delivered to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf.

Because Formspree is located in the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, which may include the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or other lawful transfer mechanisms. Formspree’s privacy practices are available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Data Retention

Inquiry information is retained only as long as needed to respond to you and, if a commission proceeds, to support the creation and delivery of your piece. We do not maintain long-term marketing databases.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months and have no plans to do so.

We share information only in these limited cases:

  • With Formspree, solely to receive and process your inquiry
  • If required by law or valid legal process
  • With your explicit consent

6. Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we limit collection to what is necessary and restrict access to inquiry correspondence.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR (for individuals in the EU/EEA/UK):
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence. A list of EU supervisory authorities is available at the European Data Protection Board website.

Under the CCPA and similar U.S. state laws (where applicable):
You may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and share
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
